When you contact XavTron via email, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message. That's it. We do not use cookies. We do not run analytics. We do not track your browsing behavior. We do not collect your IP address, location, device information, or any other personal data.
We use your email address solely to respond to your inquiry — whether it's a project idea submission, a sponsorship discussion, a technical support request, or a membership inquiry. We do not use your information for marketing. We do not send newsletters. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Emails sent to XavTron are stored in our email provider's servers. We do not maintain a separate database of personal information. Your email remains in our inbox only as long as needed to handle your inquiry.
We do not sell, rent, trade, share, or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third party. Ever. The only exception is if required by law.
Our website contains links to Facebook and Instagram. When you click those links, you leave our website. Those platforms have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they handle your data.
XavTron is a student-run lab. We work with students of all ages. However, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. However, no method of electronic communication is 100% secure. By contacting us via email, you acknowledge this inherent risk.
If our privacy practices change, we will update this page. The date at the top will reflect the most recent update. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
