When you contact XavTron R&D Lab via email, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We do not use cookies. We do not run analytics. We do not track browsing. We do not collect IP, location, or device info.
We use your email solely to respond to your inquiry — idea submission, sponsorship, donation, or membership. No marketing. No newsletters. No mailing list.
Emails are stored in our email provider's servers. We do not maintain a separate database of personal info. Your email stays only as long as needed to handle your inquiry.
Core lab members are issued NFC ID cards. Each card contains only an encrypted unique identifier linked to internal lab access, not personal data like phone or address. Tap logs (entry time) are stored locally for security and attendance. No biometric data is stored on the NFC chip. Lost cards are deactivated remotely. We never sell NFC data. If a member leaves the lab, their NFC identifier is permanently disabled.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information. Only exception is if required by Bangladeshi law.
Our website contains links to Facebook and Instagram. When you click them, you leave our site. Those platforms have their own privacy policies.
We work with students of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal info from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided info, contact us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. No electronic method is 100% secure. By contacting us via email, you acknowledge this risk.
